We are looking for an experienced Team Lead managing the day-to-day tasks of our Operations Coordinators (OCs), adding supply to our cities and increasing market share while maintaining high levels of compliance and team performance.
About the role
As a Team Leader, you will dedicate part of your work to organizing and steering the daily workload of your team. You will provide guidance and performance feedback to a team of Operations Coordinators, ensuring high standards of compliance with council regulations. You will be closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders: Team Leads, Senior Team Leads, Operations Managers, and the Country Manager, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
What you can expect
- Daily/weekly/monthly management of rota, organizing location and workload of OCs.
- OC focus/task prioritization for 4 OCs based in Birmingham and 2 OCs in Bristol.
- Conducting weekly 1:1s with OCs, setting goals, providing feedback, and holding them accountable for performance.
- Driver manager escalations in hub from drivers with escalated complaints.
- Hiring and training new joiners and upskilling existing team members.
- Managing the funnel: ensuring high-quality leads are funneled to OCs and clearing/managing registration funnels.
