Job Summary
- Support the Land and Property Officer to ensure the day-to-day operational requirements associated with Council's Land and Property Portfolio are met.
- Responsible for the implementation of systems and processes for the Council's Land and Property records in conjunction with Council's Digital Services department.
- Carry out research, collate, analyse and draft documents for initial review.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Council policies and procedures regarding Land and Property and in particular Council's Land and Property policy and Scheme of Delegation.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely production of all information required for relevant Council and Committee reports and for audit and performance reports when required.
