The brand, a fast-growing startup, uses innovative design to improve the personal care space. Their first product, the Dental pod, revolutionised oral appliance cleaning and has been sold in over 40 countries worldwide and is continuing to scale. Over the last 3 years, they have experienced triple digital growth and have been investing heavily in their online marketing channels. It’s an exciting time for anyone to join!
WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
Joining the brand as a Video Editor means becoming a key player in their dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Advertising. Your role will center around crafting compelling and innovative videos tailored for their paid social campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to deep dive into performance metrics to understand which of your creatives are converting customers the most, and continuously working on improving them! This is a full-time position. If you’re based outside of the UK, it will be a contractor agreement.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Work closely on a range of video projects, from following specific briefs to producing original, self-initiated content, using the brand’s media library to ensure each video supports key campaign goals like brand awareness, website traffic, and sales growth
- Create high-quality, engaging videos that align with current trends and are optimized for paid social advertising, helping to increase audience engagement and drive conversions across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
- Ensure all video content reflects the brand’s voice, storytelling, and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms while strengthening the overall brand presence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure video content is in sync with broader campaigns, supporting initiatives like product launches, promotions, or seasonal campaigns with a cohesive, unified approach
- Leverage performance data from paid social campaigns to inform editing decisions and refine videos, continuously improving content to drive better results and ROI
- Stay informed on the latest content trends, integrating them into video projects to ensure the brand’s content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful across social media, websites, and paid media
WHO YOU ARE
- You have extensive experience creating video adverts for paid social ads and eCommerce brands
- You are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and general video editing software, are confident in Adobe After Effects and are skilled at motion graphics and colour-grading
- You are passionate about social media with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- You are a creative thinker with a proven track record of innovative content creation
- You are detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to organisation
- You are a team player, ready to support and collaborate with the broader team including another Video Editor
- You are driven by results and by understanding the company's goals and how you can contribute to them
