We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, which include Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.
Our Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, confidently delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service within the salon. Your communication skills will be vital as you interact daily with customers and their pets.
We will provide the training, skills, and knowledge needed to deliver service that aligns with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will enjoy a competitive base pay, with opportunities to earn through our Earn As You Learn programmes and additional pay supplements through further training.
Who are we looking for?
- People passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Flexible individuals able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
- Confidence and a solid understanding of dog grooming, styles/trends, and the ability to complete high-standard groomings on various breeds from start to finish.
- Experience working in a customer-facing salon environment.
- Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred but not essential.
