About the Job:

We are looking to recruit a healthcare assistant to join our Adult Community Nursing Service in Oldham. The role will be to support the delivery of essential District Nursing services in Oldham, supporting registered nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes and in other community settings.

Main duties of the job

• To provide care to patients, their families, and carers, carrying out delegated clinical and therapeutic tasks, promoting the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and client groups in their own homes or in designated treatment rooms.
• To work as an effective member of the Adult Community Nursing Team
