Job Description Carriera has been instructed to secure a Senior Quantity Surveyor by a progressive privately owned property and construction consultancy. The role: The role has been created due to a significant new instruction within the energy infrastructure sector. This highly regarded professional company offer cost management, project management, employer’s agent and contract administration, alongside other related advisory services. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators and financial institutions. The role will see you work in a close knit team, working on client focused solutions where you will be guided and supported by an Associate. You will be given a good breadth of projects to be involved with and run, these projects will include a nice diversity between pre and post contract, up to £50 million. These projects along with your and the company’s commitment will give you a great platform to build your career within a progressive, people centric company.
