I'm working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm based in Bristol, seeking to add an experienced Family Lawyer to their established and award-winning Family department. The supportive and well-structured team comprises 4 Partners and 12 Fee Earners of varying experience levels. This position offers the opportunity to handle quality work, primarily mid to high-value financial remedy cases, without the high-volume pressures typical of larger city firms. The role involves managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, with a focus on complex financial claims. You will be supported by efficient internal systems and a culture that encourages proactive client service.
A strong background in matrimonial finance is ideal, with resolution membership or panel accreditation being desirable.
