I’m working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm, looking to add an experienced Family Lawyer to their established and award-winning Family department in Bristol. The supportive and well-structured team consists of 4 Partners and 12 Fee Earners of varying levels of experience. They value professional development, work-life balance, and a genuinely kind and collaborative culture.
This is an opportunity to handle quality work, primarily mid to high-value financial remedy cases, without the high-volume pressures of larger city firms. The role involves managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on complex financial claims. You'll be supported by efficient internal systems and a culture that encourages proactive client service.
A strong background in matrimonial finance is ideal, with resolution membership or panel accreditation desirable. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary with bonus structure, hybrid working, and a generous benefits package including health cash plans, discounted legal services, season ticket loans, and virtual GP access. This is a full-time position, and strong part-time applicants will also be considered.
