THE ROLE
We have a rare opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join a well-established in-house legal department. As a member of a highly regarded team, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice on:
- Dispute resolution
- Public law
- Statutory enforcement
- Compliance/regulatory matters
This will include:
- Advising on and managing judicial review proceedings
- Property litigation
- Data protection legislation and best practices
- Information law, including responses to Environmental Information Requests
- Managing external lawyers
- Preparing and delivering training to stakeholders and the legal team
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting in-house role, you will have a solid dispute resolution background gained from a leading law firm or in-house legal department. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a broad workload and undertake new areas of law as required.
