We're working with a leading multidisciplinary practice on an Associate Masterplanner Job focusing on design-led, narrative-driven work across major strategic masterplans, new towns, and regeneration schemes. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Urban Designer or Masterplanner looking for more leadership and client exposure in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Role & Responsibilities- Coordinate teams and manage resources effectively
- Take part in site visits, stakeholder engagement, and client presentations
- Lead complex masterplanning projects from concept through to planning
- Produce high-quality reports, design codes, visions, DAS, feasibility studies, and presentation material
- Support wider studio marketing and business development activity
- Guide junior staff and contribute to evolving design strategies
- 5+ years of experience in urban design/masterplanning roles
- A strong design background and the ability to explain strategy and narrative clearly
- Comfortable working across scales - from strategic masterplans to fine grain interventions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Passionate about sustainability, inclusive design, and creating great places
- Degree-qualified in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture, or related discipline
- UK driving licence and access to a car
- £50,000 - £55,000
