Our client, a well-established educational training provider in their field, are seeking an Italian Speaking Student Administrator to join their team in East Grinstead. As they launch a new division, you’ll play a key role in helping shape the student experience, with strong potential for career development as the division grows. *Italian Speaking is essential**Own transport is essential due to location* Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for students, addressing queries on course access, accounts, and payment issues. Enrol students onto courses, send out welcome emails and welcome packs. Process cancellations, deferrals, and reschedule students, enrolling them onto new courses as needed.
