Job Title: Private Equity Paralegal Location: City of London Working arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in the office) About the company: US law firm Role overview: Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to recruit a Private Equity Paralegal to join its London office on a 12 month FTC basis. Key responsibilities: Conduct Companies House searches Draft legal documents Assisting with bundle preparations Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Private Equity experience ideally gained from a similar US, or City, law firm environment or a keen interest in the area of law.
