Senior Associate / Legal Director – Real Estate Investment – Kent or London with hybrid working
Client
An expanding team that acts for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally, within a full-service, UK top 50, forward-thinking law firm
Role
- Provide accurate and commercially practical advice to clients
- Assist in the management of junior team members and support the leadership team across all offices
- Be an integral part of the business development initiatives and growth strategy of the team
You
- An ambitious 6+ years PQE solicitor with strong knowledge of real estate investment transactions
- Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, asset management, portfolio financings
- Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors regarding leases, surrenders, and lease agreements (conditional and unconditional)
- Aptitude for business development
