Role- Provide accurate and commercially practical advice to clients.
- Assist in the management of junior team members and support the leadership team across all offices.
- Be an integral part of the business development initiatives and growth strategy of the team.
- An ambitious 6+ years PQE solicitor with strong knowledge of real estate investment transactions.
- Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, asset management, portfolio financings.
- Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors regarding leases, surrenders, conditional and unconditional lease agreements.
- Aptitude for business development.
