We’re looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing team on permanent basis. If you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders efficiently. Logistics & Tracking: Providing accurate updates on order status and shipping. Customer Support: Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries in German. Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly. Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. Stock Queries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability and stock.
