Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Junior Legal Project Manager to join one of our international, boutique law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The main focus of the role will be to support the partners and legal case teams in monitoring and reporting adherence to Legal Funding Agreements (LFAs) and Case Budgets. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient delivery of legal matters by liaising between legal case teams, funders, chambers, experts, and the finance team. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to legal case teams. Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Smart Sheets to support case objectives. Research and manage the priority pipeline for potential cases. Produce data-driven reports for clients, funders, and legal teams. Track budgets vs. actuals and flag variances with finance team support. Coordinate disbursements for monthly Funding Notice submissions. Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure proper processing of disbursements. Assist in preparing Funding Notices and maintaining case budget trackers.
