Job Responsibilities:
- Provide practical advice, information, and support on issues including tenancy sustainment, education, employment, and life skills.
- Promote personal independence among service users.
- Support service users in improving their mental health and managing physical health problems or substance misuse.
- Ensure safe, well-maintained housing for all service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, encouraging their participation in decision-making.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
