  2. Promote personal independence among service users.
  3. Support service users in improving their mental health and managing physical health problems or substance misuse.
  4. Ensure safe, well-maintained housing for all service users.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, encouraging their participation in decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in housing support or similar roles.
