About The Opportunity: Nuclear Power Programmes is one of the newest Business Units and has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this, we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero, and Energy Security.

The Framework Assistant role is ideal for an individual looking to establish their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Framework Manager and Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the framework. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from the project team.
  • Managing and updating the client organogram to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintaining SharePoint and an organized filing system for framework documentation.
  • Taking detailed and actionable meeting notes, ensuring they are distributed and stored correctly.
  • Managing and updating the internal trackers for the project team.
  • Maintaining framework data, including mailing lists and org charts.
  • Coordinating internal framework events and team meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by collating data, preparing materials, and coordinating with the communications team.
  • Booking site visits for visitors, including meeting room and visitor arrangements.
  • Organising drumbeat meetings and preparing associated briefing material.
  • Managing ad hoc tasks and administrative projects.

Responsibilities will be carried out under the guidance of the Framework Manager. The role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, enabling the Framework Manager and Director to dedicate more time to client interaction, strategic planning, and framework growth. This additional support will directly contribute to achieving ambitious growth targets and maintaining the framework’s success.
