Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented Preparing mise en place and setting up tables Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid. Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests’ needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages.
