A key aspect of the role is to represent the PR department to media, ensuring seamless logistics for events and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities for this include sending invitations, managing responses and arranging travel for media representatives.

Core responsibilities will include managing Renault UK’s internal communications, the PR inbox and day-to-day ad hoc media queries, driving consistent and appropriate flow of information to the business. You will plan and deliver UK and International press events in line with new model launches such as premieres, reveals, new model test drives and briefings.

We are looking for an individual who can manage a budget effectively, and who constantly looks for efficiencies and maximising return on investment. The job holder will organise Board and VIP meetings alongside the Managing Director’s office and support with supplier management activities.

Success in this role will be measured by stakeholder and delegate satisfaction at events and improvements made on internal communications across the business. Additionally, the return on investment on activities, media coverage and brand image will be key indicators of performance.

The ideal candidate is highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be organised, adept at planning and problem-solving, and a reliable team player. Experience with invoicing systems, event coordination, administration, and dealing with media or VIP customers is essential.

The package includes a contributory pension scheme, an Employee Car Ownership Plan, a Car Loan Plan Scheme, medical cover, share options, and flexible benefits tailored to suit your needs.

We believe in hybrid working and flexibility, requiring a minimum of two days in the office, with the option to work remotely or from the office for the remaining three days. Regular all-company gatherings help us stay connected and engaged.

As part of one of the largest automotive groups in the world, we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. We offer continuous learning opportunities, along with clear pathways for career development and progression.

  • Private dental care, offered through our flexible benefits program
  • Contributions toward eye tests and glasses
  • Access to GymFlex and the Cycle to Work scheme
  • Home Technology purchase scheme
  • Exclusive employee savings rates with our partner, RCI Bank
  • Retail discounts for employees
  • Friends & Family discounts on Renault Group vehicles
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, parental, partner, and shared parental leave
