This Legal 500 firm are looking for a Head of Banking and Finance to join their leading West End office. They have grown in recent years and are continuing to expand.
The Firm
They are a full service firm, who are tiered on multiple areas of the Legal 500 and specialise in Banking & Finance, Corporate, Real Estate/ Real Estate Finance, Commercial Property, Private Client and Employment and Litigation. Their collaborative culture means they seek out solutions that cater for the unique needs of each client they work with. The firm is committed to engaging with all clients to fully understand their needs and take a practical, commercial approach to provide the best solutions. There is a lot of cross referrals between the different practice areas and a strong collaborative feel across the firm.
The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Banking & Finance Head of Department into their thriving West End, London office. They advise on all aspects of banking and finance for a range of lender and borrower clients, including primary providers of senior and mezzanine debt, bridging lenders, property developers and HNW individuals. The current team consists of 1 partner, 2 solicitors and a paralegal.
Requirements:
- You will be a Banking & Finance Partner looking to step up into a Head of Department position.
- You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- You will have a passion for working leading a team and having strategic oversight for the department.
