Responsibilities: – Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher – Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide guidance to students – Ensure a positive and productive learning environment is maintained – Support students with any queries or concerns they may have – Promote a positive attitude towards learning and academic progress Requirements: – Must be a university graduate (within the last 3 years) – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to engage and inspire students – Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask – Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours – A passion for education and helping students succeed If you are ready to make a positive impact on the education of secondary school students, then we want to hear from you! The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
