Responsibilities: – Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher – Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide guidance to students – Ensure a positive and productive learning environment is maintained – Support students with any queries or concerns they may have – Promote a positive attitude towards learning and academic progress Requirements: – Must be a university graduate (within the last 3 years) – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to engage and inspire students – Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask – Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours – A passion for education and helping students succeed If you are ready to make a positive impact on the education of secondary school students, then we want to hear from you! All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
