We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team, supporting our central finance team with accounting administration.

As part of our central finance team, you will predominantly initially be supporting across our Consulting & Operations division of the UK business. Your key tasks will be:

  • Data processing
  • Multi-project sales invoicing
  • Accounting administration
  • Invoicing reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Support with additional ad-hoc tasks carried out within the finance function

What We Are Looking For:

Ideally you will either have prior experience in an accounts administration role or currently be working towards a financial/accounting qualification. You will also be:

  • Highly organised with a close attention to detail
  • Financially minded
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Have prior experience in invoicing
  • Able to communicate well with different levels of seniority
  • A proactive self-starter

This is a hybrid role, with half of the working week anticipated to be based from our London (Waterloo) office.
