We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team, supporting our central finance team with accounting administration.
Job Description
As part of our central finance team, you will predominantly initially be supporting across our Consulting & Operations division of the UK business. Your key tasks will be:
- Data processing
- Multi-project sales invoicing
- Accounting administration
- Invoicing reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Support with additional ad-hoc tasks carried out within the finance function
What We Are Looking For
Ideally you will either have prior experience in an accounts administration role or currently be working towards a financial/accounting qualification, you will also be:
- Highly organised with a close attention to detail
- Financially minded
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Have prior experience in invoicing
- Able to communicate well with different levels of seniority
- A proactive self-starter
This is a hybrid role, with half of the working week anticipated to be based from our London (Waterloo) office.
