The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property - is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are now seeking a Finance Analyst to join our opening team - someone who thrives on detail, values integrity, and is excited to play a part in building the financial rhythm of London's most anticipated new hotel.

The Role

As Finance Analyst, you'll work closely with our Director of Finance and department heads to provide accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and clear forecasting. Your work will help inform operational decisions and support the long-term financial success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across departments
  • Support the implementation of financial controls and SOPs during the pre-opening phase
  • Monitor and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with Rosewood policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability through insight-led decisions

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA part-qualified desirable)
  • Previous experience in a finance function within hospitality or a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for non-financial teams
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
