To be a change agent to support the Lean implementation plan throughout the business. Client Details Michael Page are partnered with a manufacturer in Wetherby that are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their site. Description Be a driving force in the Lean implementation journey to develop the business processes and people towards a culture of continuous improvement Engage with people in all areas of the business to create long lasting and meaningful change Work with colleagues to develop and maintain the data and systems that support performance monitoring.
