FINTEC recruit is recruiting for an Assembly Operator / Solderer for a manufacturing business based south of Edinburgh. This is a permanent role, salary circa £25,000. Working four days a week (Monday to Thursday) from 7 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. with every Friday off and enjoy long weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate at the highest quality as an Electronic Assembly Operator.
  • Wire panels and connectors using precise soldering and crimp joints.
  • Form wire looms and cables with finesse.
  • Solder surface mount and conventional components onto PCBs.

Skills and Experience for the Assembly Operator / Soldering:

  • Previous experience in electronics assembly is essential.
  • Proficient in hands-on soldering and assembly work, from manufacturing to product testing and despatch.
