As a Driver with us, you’ll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, whether by ensuring the people we support can access meaningful activities in the community or by helping to administer a colleague transport scheme at the service. Our drivers will use company-owned vehicles to provide a collection and drop-off service for our colleagues at the beginning and end of shifts. You’ll also work closely with our colleagues that provide support while you transport the people we support, enabling them to access their communities, attend appointments, and take part in fantastic activities. Our drivers will also take great care of the service vehicles by maintaining their upkeep and conducting regular health and safety checks.
This is an amazing role for someone looking to really make a difference in the lives of others.
We’re interested in our Drivers having both the right experience and values. This is why at this service, our Drivers should have a full clean UK driving license, access to their own vehicle (to enable you to access the service), previous experience in route planning/logistics, experience in a professional driving role, and experience working in Health & Social Care.
