We are recruiting for a Mobile Domestic Electrician to join a leading installer of domestic ventilation systems. Our client pride themselves itself on offering innovative solutions that improve the health and wellbeing of individuals in homes across the UK. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Electricians to join this installation team and deliver high-quality service across the Midlands between Manchester – Birmingham. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Install domestic ventilation systems, including Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPS), Heat Recovery Units (HRU), and Passive Input Ventilation (PIV), in social housing and private properties. (Full training Given) Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements (IRR) of existing ventilation products, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients are satisfied with the work carried out Maintain stock levels, ensuring the necessary equipment and products are available to complete each job Ensure that vehicles, tools, and kits are well-maintained and safe to use Complete necessary documentation, such as fit sheets, before and after photographs, and electrical certifications Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures, using provided risk assessments and method statements Work closely with the scheduling team to manage the status of jobs and complete tasks within specified timelines Skills & Experience Required: Competent in electrical installations, with an 18th Edition Qualification Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Diploma and NVQ in Electrical Installation, with AM2 certification Good general trade skills, particularly in ventilation fan installation (PPS, PIV, HRU systems) Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Basic IT skills, with the ability to use tablets or computers General awareness of health and safety practices Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs Full UK Driving Licence What On Offer: Competitive salary plus a generous incentive/bonus scheme Fully equipped company van, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet Full tool kit and personal protective equipment (PPE) Company pension plan 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Access to an employee assistance programme and online discount platforms for major retailers and supermarkets Ongoing internal and external training to support your career development Team and company social events Summary Position: Mobile Domestic Electrician Location: Birmingham to Manchester Duration: Permanent Pay: £30,000 – £40,000 – Includes bonus and company vehicle Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – Enhanced rates for optional overtime for weekend work Start: Notice Dependant Apply: NOW!!
