Regional Facilities Manager – Privately funded portfolio – £50K plus £5K car allowance and 27 days annual leave. Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a private funded property portfolio company to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to join their growing team. Due to a spate of exciting acquisitions to their +£300m property portfolio, they are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Facilities Manager to cover part of the portfolio, ideally based in Oxfordshire or Central England. You will undertake full property and facilities management duties across a defined region of retail outlets and shopping centres, maximising value for the owners, community and retailers. Your role will include delivering M&E projects, managing service charge budgets, maintaining full statutory and regulatory compliance, delivering fabric maintenance and proactively seeking out sustainability initiatives. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a hard-working, friendly team who work closely together to achieve exceptional standards. They have regular team away days, collaborate to share best practice and problem solve, and encourage flexibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will have a full professional understanding of facilities management best practice, have experience of delivering fabric and M&E projects, be familiar with principles of contract law and service charge management and an up-to-date knowledge of all compliance relating to property management. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced FM to join a talented and personable team, or for an ambitious Assistant FM looking for their next role and a company that will facilitate their progression and development. Expectations are to work from site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, as the portfolio requires
