Amplifi Talent are partnering with a long-established SME based in Motherwell to recruit a qualified Head of Finance on a permanent basis. This opportunity would be ideal for an ambitious and driven finance professional, looking to move up to FD level in the next 12-18 months.
In this role, the Head of Finance will be supported and mentored by a high calibre Fractional CFO, readying them for the step up. The business is doing extremely well, growing both organically and by strategic acquisitions. It has a UK-wide focus and multiple revenue streams, with a plan in place to increase revenue and scale, ahead of a potential trade sale.
The Head of Finance role is broad in nature, looking after a small finance team whilst supporting the business from a financial control perspective, and also contributing strategically and operationally. The leadership team are very much hands-on, working together closely and outside of their areas of specialism as required.
The opportunity offers the successful applicant the potential to become the Finance Director of a highly ambitious SME, and to play a key role in growing and ultimately selling a business.
