We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and guest-obsessed Area Operations Manager to join our team at Marston's and help us achieve our ambition to be the UK's number 1 pub company. Supporting our Self-Employed Partners to maximize their pub business opportunities, you will oversee an area of 27 pubs, covering Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Macclesfield. This role reports to a Regional Operations Manager within our North Division.

What are the key responsibilities?
- You will have full P&L responsibility, focusing on driving sales, guest satisfaction, and achieving key KPIs—both financial and people-related.
- Develop and grow your network of Self-Employed Pub Partners, enabling them to reach their full potential and increase sales.
- Be a team player.
- Maintain a strong commercial acumen, maximizing profit opportunities and supporting your team’s growth.
- Add value in meetings, manage your time effectively, and seize opportunities.
- Demonstrate pace and urgency, network effectively for recruitment, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
