Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of end-to-end motor claims, spanning FNOL, Recoveries, Third Party, and PI, to ensure prompt and equitable settlements for customers in line with the company's approach to claim ownership.
  • Identify and deliver positive outcomes for customers throughout the claims process, so excellent customer service is key.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling claims within the insurance, financial services, or solicitor sector.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to nurture customer relationships.
  • Prior insurance / claims handling experience from either Insurance/legal or Financial services.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.

For the first six months, you will work in the office to receive training and acclimate to your responsibilities. Upon successful completion of your 6-month probation, you will have the flexibility to work from home three days a week and spend two days in the office, offering a well-rounded work-life balance. Should you prefer spending more time in the office, that option is also available.

This position entails a 37.5-hour work week from Monday to Friday, with three available shifts: 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, and 10 am to 6 pm.

Salary:

Salary ranges from £24,000 to £28,000 depending on your level of experience, providing ample room for growth within the team and company. The start date is the 14th October, 2024. Successful candidates can look forward to an exceptional benefits package, including 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, annual bonus, insurance discounts and more.
