About You

We seek an experienced professional with at least 15 years of work experience eager to build a business in their area of expertise. You likely see inefficiencies in your industry and want to create a solution people are willing to pay for.

What You’ll Do

  • Explore and validate high-potential business opportunities.
  • Win your first paying customers and gain market traction.
  • Develop and launch a scalable, investable business.
  • Secure funding (if needed) with coaching and investor introductions.
  • Grow your startup with ongoing mentorship.

Skills Required

We are looking for someone with deep industry experience and a bias for action. You have built things before and know how to execute. Preferred qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of experience in a professional or leadership role
  • Domain expertise in a specific sector or function
  • Proven track record of executing complex projects
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (a plus)
  • A strong professional network in your industry

Your Responsibilities

  • Commit up to 12 hours/week to your business
  • Weekly 1-1 calls (1 hour) for mentorship and updates
  • Validate customer pain points through interviews
  • Research competitors and market solutions
  • Plan your minimum viable product (no-code or service-led)
  • Make initial sales calls and onboard customers
  • Work towards profitability with strong unit economics
  • (If needed) Raise funding with support
  • Transition to full-time once validated and revenue-generating
