Compliance & Reg Risk Product Owner- Insurance We are currently hiring for a Product Owner with experience working on Regulatory change projects to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside IR35 Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in the London office January start Responsibilities: Work closely with business sponsors and stakeholder to define and prioritise features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals. Collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to make sure that architecture direction and decisions relating to the technologies supporting the platform are appropriately discussed and debated to get to the best outcomes for the customer. Own and maintain the product backlog and be accountable for its maintenance. Contribute to Portfolio level 30/60/90-day planning sessions. Line management of Product Analysts Support and (where necessary) organise product Sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaboratively build the team product roadmap and consider strategic inputs from business stakeholders. Experience: Extensive experience in acting as a Product owner / delivery lead within a team focusing on Technology and associated Regulation related projects/programs of work Extensive experience in acting as a Product Owner within a team within a team focused on Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives.
