YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Welcome to London! A fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Marketing team in one of Europe’s biggest markets. You will be a key member of the On Trade Channel, responsible for executing the BTL channel strategy with partner customers, working alongside Customer Marketing Managers dedicated to the Channel.

You will play a vital role in the Winning In Key Cities strategy for London and act as a business partner for customer activation. Your focus will be on connecting stakeholders across the business to deliver balanced guest, customer, and brand objectives, making informed decisions, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency.

Key skills include operating at pace, multi-skilling, and project leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing the BTL strategy for WIKC/Hotspots across defined geographies, delivering aligned execution that maximizes ROI for brands, guests, and customers.
  • Developing tailored solutions for customers and consumers while supporting long-term brand growth.
  • Identifying gaps and evolving tools to personalize engagement, aligned with brand priorities.
  • Managing activation agendas for a range of customers in partnership with Sales & Advocacy.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships internally and externally.
  • Contributing to the IAP cycle and bringing a WIKC/Hotspot perspective to BTL discussions.
  • Maximizing ROI from A&P investments, setting clear objectives, and evaluating spend, including GTN.
  • Enhancing \’Gold\’ activations through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Managing A&P budgets, including invoicing and POs.
  • Acting as a business partner for priority customers and owning BTL proposals for tenders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills:

  • Channel expertise with deep knowledge of customer operations and success barriers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage internal and external teams.
  • Action-oriented with collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
  • High energy, multitasking, and project management capabilities.

  • Prioritization skills and bold decision-making.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing or Commercial roles, including customer activation, events, or advocacy programs.
  • Experience in the Spirits or Beverage industry is essential.
  • Proven success in working directly with key customers and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Bacardi’s Way Of Growth is a plus.
