Warehouse Operative Key Details:- Location: Lacock, Wiltshire
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Pay Rate: £12.50
- Employee Type: Full-Time
- Job Category: Warehouse
- Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off, 06:00 AM - 18:00 PM
- Follow correct unloading procedures to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Count intake goods stock at the start or end of each shift.
- Comply with company rules, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure delivered food materials meet safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Support the Team Manager and peers across various operations.
- Maintain high standards of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
- Contribute to the business's efficiency by suggesting improvements using lean thinking principles.
- Keep work areas clean and report non-standard conditions promptly.
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Experience with Manual Pump Truck (MPT) is required.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification is preferred.
