A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Fabric Engineer to join their growing team in York. The Role As a Fabric Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in: * Working Monday – Friday, 40-hour week. * Working across a large commercial building, based in York. * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including carpentry, joinery, patching, painting, flushing, legionella checks, fire alarm testing, tap temp checks, light replacements, minor repairs, fabric maintenance. About You To be successful in the role of a Fabric Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience: * Experience in a similar role to the above. * Carpentry background or Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery would be highly desirable * Ideally experience working within a commercial facility.
