Are you a skilled Site Manager with experience in office fit-out projects? We\’re looking for an experienced freelance professional to oversee an exciting commercial refurbishment and fit out in Farnborough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project oversight – manage site operations to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Coordination – liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Health & Safety – ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices
• Problem-solving – proactively address site issues and maintain workflow
• Reporting – provide updates on progress, budget adherence, and schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing office fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate project timelines

• Relevant construction management qualifications/certifications
