The post holder will be responsible for the strategic delivery of Athlete Personal Development and Wellbeing across the TASS network, ensuring that practitioners are appropriately skilled, effectively mentored, and professionally developed to deliver high-quality support services to athletes within the England Talent Pathway (ETP)
–Ensure that athlete personal development services are appropriately tailored to the age and stage of TASS supported athletes, providing a robust foundation for progression to World Class or High-Performance sporting environments.
–Drive and uphold high standards of practice among TASS personal development practitioners by providing discipline-specific expertise to strengthen and evolve the support service.
–Oversee the growth of continuous practitioner development (CPD) and mentorship programmes to support the progression of athlete personal development practitioners within the professional pathway.
–Work with UKSI, National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and TASS Delivery Sites to enhance the development of athlete and practitioner personal development and wellbeing across the whole ETP.
