Warehouse Operative

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation in a new warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Making boxes for transition in the new warehouse.
• Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles using manual handling equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and regular stock checks.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics experience, but full training will be provided. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills. Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
