We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to serve as the primary in-house Salesforce Technical resource near South New-Castle. Job Title- Salesforce Architect Role type- Hybrid- 3/ week New-Castle UK Permanent NO SPONOSORSHIP WILL BE PROVIDED, CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE IN UK. All line management responsibilities for a team of Salesforce System Administrators including providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members, fostering their professional development and growth. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication within the team and across departments. Solution Design and Architecture: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering business requirements, scalability, integration capabilities, security, and performance. Define technical architecture, data models, and workflows to deliver effective solutions. Salesforce Product Owner – maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other third parties to realise the development needs of the Group and active participation in product road mapping. Prioritise product backlogs based on business objectives and priorities in conjunction with existing Product Owners’ roadmaps. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders and project teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and objectives. Skills – Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). With expert understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture, data integration, and system design principles. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant Salesforce development tools and languages.
