iO Associates is working with an established and growing tech consultancy seeking a Business Applications Manager on a permanent basis.

They are an award-winning agency specializing in data analytics, insights, and systems. They help brands build impactful messaging, engage audiences, and drive measurable results through strategic PR, content, and digital campaigns.

While primarily working with not-for-profit and charities, they are diversifying into the financial and travel sectors.

Your role will involve building and leading a first-rate Business Applications technology team, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and technical needs, and leading the design, development, and implementation of application-based solutions.

You will be a champion for AI initiatives and drive solutions to enhance the organization\’s reputation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow the department and help shape future growth strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience delivering Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and D365 CE (Marketing, Sales, and Service) solutions.
2. Experience in pre-sales activities, including writing proposals, SOWs, leading discovery/POC sessions, and delivering technical demos.
3. Experience working in a consultative environment.
4. Ability to help businesses adopt new technology and change their ways of working to realize benefits.
5. Experience advising and influencing senior executives within organizations and clients.
