Join our series A startup as Lead/Senior Product Designer to help thousands of Nonprofits get access to funding! We’re looking for a user-obsessed, systems-thinking, deeply collaborative Lead/Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional product experiences across our platform. In this role, you’ll work will directly impact high-impact initiatives, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders across the business to deliver elegant solutions to complex problems. You’ll obsess over flows, sweat the interaction details, and never settle for anything that doesn’t feel intuitive, inclusive, and joyful to use. You’ll be joining a design-led culture where craft is celebrated, and impact is real.

As Lead/Senior Product Designer, your mission will be to:

  • Lead product design from discovery to delivery across high-impact areas (donations, nonprofit onboarding, dashboards, etc.).
  • Partner with PMs and engineers to deeply understand user needs and define elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Run user research, prototype and test concepts, and champion evidence-based decision-making.
  • Craft polished, accessible UI and interaction patterns that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and product design principles.
  • Be a thought partner to product leadership on long-term product strategy.

After 3 months, success will look like:

  • You’ve shipped your first major project and contributed to measurable improvements in usability or engagement.
  • Research and design processes are embedded in the product lifecycle and driving decisions.
  • You’re seen as a go-to voice on product quality, user needs, and design best practices.

This role is a perfect match for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end in fast-paced product teams.
  • Excel at balancing system-level thinking with interaction and UI detail.
  • Are confident with Figma and familiar with modern design systems.
  • Are strong on user research — and turning insights into product magic.
  • Communicate clearly and champion cross-functional collaboration.
  • Can show work that’s beautiful, useful, and solves real problems.

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:

  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or nonprofit audiences.
  • Touched payments, onboarding, dashboards, or multi-user platforms.
  • Building tech for good and creating positive societal impact.
