As a Graduate Project Manager within Arup\’s Integrated Delivery team, you\’ll play a key supporting role in the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects that a better built environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, and timely project outputs that align with client expectations and project goals. Assisting in the day-to-day management of project scope, programme, and budget, helping to keep everything on track. Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design inputs. Helping to prepare key project documentation such as reports, client submittals, meeting minutes, presentations, and project plans. Contributing to the organisation and documentation of project meetings, including tracking actions and ensuring follow-up. Supporting the Project Manager and senior team with project reporting, progress tracking, and risk identification. Assisting in the preparation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), change control documentation, and contractual records under guidance. Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, subconsultants, and JV partners, to help maintain clear communication and project alignment. Helping to develop and maintain project management tools and systems to support efficient delivery. Gaining broad technical awareness to effectively support and understand multidisciplinary project teams. Contributing to commercial oversight tasks such as budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and cost reporting, as your experience grows. Working as part of a supportive project management community, building strong relationships across Arup and developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
