We’re looking for a talented HGV Class 1 Drivers to work for our client. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of HGV class 1 driving for 2 years minimum, ideally. Knowledge of the operation of refrigerated trailers is required If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for. Please note: This role is working to a zero-hours contract. —- The Role: As the HGV Class 1 Driver you’ll report to the Depot Manager and will be primarily responsible for running loaded trailers into depots in The North East or The Midlands. The trailer is unloaded at delivery point and you will run back once unloading etc is complete. Usual shift start time between days 06.00 -14.00 and nights 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs each day (Minium 8 hour shifts) In the job you’ll be tasked with delivering goods to clients on time and safely. Experience in the operation of a refrigerated trailer is important —- The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this HGV Class 1 Driver role will have relevant experience of HGV class 1 driving for 2 years minimum. You’ll also need experience of driving class 1 in the UK for over 12 months. Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of operating refrigerated trailers. Does that sound like you?
