This is a local route, home every night, Class B CDL position. Primary responsibilities include delivering propane, propane tanks and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first in class customer service.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Class B commercial driver's license with tanker and hazardous endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) and must carry a DOT medical examiner's card. Candidate needs to be safety conscious, have a strong mechanical aptitude and good driving skills. This position requires working in outdoor weather conditions. Additional duties include but are not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of company and customer equipment, and plant maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Valid Class "A" or "B" Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) without air brake restrictions
- A clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card
- Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must have the ability to read, write, and clearly communicate
- Ability to detail all service work performed in company work orders
- Must comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Ability to operate and maintain handheld tablets
- DOT Hazmat Training and Maintenance every three years
- Knowledge of NPFA 54 related to gas piping and appliance installation including combustion air and flue gas venting requirements
- Maintains compliance with all DOT requirements

- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pull delivery hose
- Must be able to bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed
- Filling, loading, securing and delivering propane cylinders or bulk
