Responsibilities:

• Managing AOG shipments from start to finish
• Handling exports and customs entries
• Quoting customers and sending pre-alerts
• Responding to urgent customer queries and requests
• Managing key accounts
• Cutting Air Waybills (AWBs)

Required Skills:

• Previous AOG experience
• High level of customer service skills
• Experience completing customs entries for air exports
• Steady work history
• Proficiency with PC applications

Working Hours:

• 4 days on, 4 days off – Days from 07:00 to 19:00
