As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.
- Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards; from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.
- Ensure all kitchen-ware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
- Feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
- Be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
