Established over 15 years ago, this construction contractor has grown due to their excellent service. They are seeking an experienced procurement manager with a strong construction background to continue delivering exceptional service and to grow with the company.
Role of the Procurement Manager includes:
- Negotiating and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Selecting suppliers, managing relationships, and overseeing purchase orders from start to finish.
- Reporting any legal or commercial risks to senior management.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
- Strong background and knowledge in procurement within construction or for a main contractor.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time, office-based work.
