We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to support users across the business to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained with issues and change requests dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
Candidates Must Have Skill Set:
- Provide 2nd Line Application Support and act as point of integration with 3rd party vendors for level 3 support
- Maintenance of master data, configuration and data integration of Opera, Simphony, Planet Payments and other business systems
- Oracle PMS (Property Management System)
Other Key Skills:
- Support in the communication to, and training of, users on upgrades, changes and new developments on the business system
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in managing the 3rd party queues and ensuring service levels are met
- Manage call escalations internally and through 3rd party partners to ensure a satisfactory resolution to issues
- Responsible for user access and role admin as required
